How does the monthly upload allowance that’s given to each of my site members work? 

On Free sites, each member can upload up to 100 MB of new content every month. Members of Essentials sites can each add up to 1 GB per month, and every member of a Premium site can upload up to 10 GB per month!

Upload allowances are granted per member, not per site, and are refreshed at the beginning of every month. That means each member of your site will receive their very own allowance for adding new photos, videos, files or whatever they want. The more members you have on your site, the more you have to share!

Items that you copy from one site to another also count against your upload allowance. For example, if you upload a 2MB photo to Site A and then copy it to Site B, you'll have ended up using 2MB of your upload allowance on each site.
